schedule. In this role, you will set the strategic direction and ensure the successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives supporting the Order-to-Cash (O2C) value stream. You will lead a team of IT project managers and process leads to drive standardization, optimization, and automation of O2C processes—including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit, and Accounts Receivable—as part of a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation within Honeywell Aerospace Technologies. You will be accountable for modernizing global O2C operations, improving cash flow and customer experience, and ensuring compliance with Aerospace & Defense (A&D) regulatory and contractual requirements, while aligning IT delivery with enterprise business objectives.

Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage a team of IT project managers, providing mentorship, leadership, and guidance.

Collaborate closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to define and execute IT project strategies aligned with business objectives.

Shape and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Own the end-to-end O2C transformation strategy aligned to SAP S/4HANA, covering:

Order capture & management

Pricing, Quoting & contracts management

Billing & invoicing

Credit, collections & dispute management

Drive global process standardization and harmonization across regions and business units to enable scalable, repeatable O2C operations

O2C Process Transformation & Standardization

Own the end-to-end O2C transformation strategy aligned to SAP S/4HANA, covering:

Order capture & management

Pricing, Quoting & contracts management

Billing & invoicing

Credit, collections & dispute management

Drive global process standardization and harmonization across regions and business units to enable scalable, repeatable O2C operations

SAP S/4HANA Delivery Leadership

Lead the blueprinting, design, and deployment of O2C processes in SAP S/4HANA, replacing fragmented legacy solutions with standardized, automated workflows.

Partner with business, finance, and customer operations leaders to ensure O2C designs improve cycle time, billing accuracy, logistics and cash application.

Automation & Workflow Optimization

Identify and implement automation opportunities across the O2C lifecycle

Leverage workflow, integration (CRM, CPQ, Customer portal & Contract management), and data standards to reduce manual effort and improve first-pass yield.

Enable touchless order entry and management through M2M/EDI integration with customers.

Aerospace & Defense Compliance

Ensure O2C system designs comply with A&D contractual, export control, and government program requirements, including ITAR and FAR/DFARS where applicable.

Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Finance to embed auditability, revenue recognition controls, and segregation of duties into O2C processes.

Cross-Functional & Change Leadership

Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Support to align O2C technology delivery with business outcomes.

Lead change management and user adoption, working with process owners, functional leaders, and executives to drive sustained transformation.

Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE

12 or more years of experience in IT program / project management, including 5+ years in a leadership role.

Proven experience leading large-scale ERP or S/4HANA transformations, preferably within Order-to-Cash or customer-facing processes.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated ability to deliver complex programs on time, on budget, and with measurable business impact.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team.

A proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects, meeting quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

We Value

Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.

Certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or SAFe.

Experience driving process automation, standardization, and digital transformation.

Strong project portfolio and financial management skills.

Six Sigma Greenbelt/Blackbelt certification preferred

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $160K - $200K. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is $175K - $215K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
