This position is not eligible for additional benefits. The RD cannot use on-site facilities for private remuneration for cash or trade. Criminal background check and drug screening are required for all perspective employees.
Job responsibilities & skills include:
Coordination of recreation events specific to property needs
Schedule and supervise evening and weekend recreation events including, but not limited to, tennis, sand volleyball, indoor/outdoor basketball, and fitness training
Understand and follow company policies pertaining to your position
Working under the direction of the Apartment Manager
Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:
Enjoy working with people
Event planning experience helpful, including calendar of events
Depending on property needs: schedule and supervise evening & weekend recreational activities and/or instruct/coach sports including tennis, racquetball, sand volleyball, basketball and organize/coordinate team play
Completion of company forms
MS manages its own luxury Class A and B + multifamily apartments with extraordinary interior and community amenities. We presently manage about 13,500 Class A units within 36 properties.
