Position Summary We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Associate Director, Marketing (Enterprise Marketing Strategy).
NYU Langone Health is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director of Enterprise Marketing Strategy to support NYU Langone's omnichannel communications and marketing campaigns. This role will collaborate closely with Communications, Marketing, Government and Community Affairs (CMGCA) colleagues and other key stakeholders to shape innovative marketing initiatives tailored to a variety of patient populations and healthcare professionals. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Marketing Strategy, this position will manage the development and rollout of messaging frameworks, digital marketing campaigns and strategic assets leveraging the NYU Langone Media Network.
Job Responsibilities Strategic Program Management
Create comprehensive messaging plans for key clinical services aligned with CMGCA and clinical departments goals, strategic priorities, and target audience
Collaborate with stakeholders, content producers, and technologists in the creation of comprehensive marketing communications strategies in alignment with institutional objectives
Develop innovative digital marketing campaigns using Sales Force Marketing Cloud including asset creation, audience segmentation criteria, measurement, and reporting to relevant stakeholders
Participate in the strategic planning process and critical department meetings to cultivate a deep understanding of key clinical service areas goals and objectives
Identify, assess, and recommend new opportunities for CMGCA-led campaigns that support NYULH
Focus on advancing digital marketing operations capabilities to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
Stakeholder Relationship Management
Partner with Relationship Leads across CMGCA to deeply understand clinical objectives and leverage communications and marketing tactics successfully
Play a vital role in triaging, prioritizing and executing requests from stakeholders
Collaboration
Collaborate with the Strategy Digital and Program Measurement COE to establish measurement strategies and key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing campaigns; integrate these metrics into decision‑making processes to maximize return on investment
Collaborate with Medical Center Information Technology office to initiate digital marketing campaigns using Sales Force Marketing Cloud and to maximize the NYU Langone Media Network
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
8 years of experience in a large, complex organization
Proven ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment
Adept at building rapport and exhibiting strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record in building and maintaining relationships
Fluency in advertising, branding and marketing disciplines with a working knowledge of current digital marketing trends and healthcare best practices
Strong leadership skills that demonstrate the ability to influence, teach, inspire, motivate, and collaborate effectively
Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn and apply data‑driven insights
Proficiency in project management, communication tools and data analysis
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with cross‑functional teams
Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
