In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior-most marketing executive clients, helping them define and exceed their enterprise goals. You will orchestrate the full capabilities of the organization, delivering exceptional value through strategic marketing insights and exemplary relationship management. This position will enable you to shape marketing strategies and facilitate the execution of innovative solutions that drive business success.

Accountabilities

Manage relationships with up to 22 senior executive clients.

Participate in all phases of the member lifecycle: pre-sale, onboarding, and renewal.

Lead marketing breakout sessions during forums.

Execute smooth hand-offs from the sales team and maintain engagement.

Create and manage comprehensive member profiles.

Develop engagement plans for each client based on their unique needs.

Conduct quarterly account reviews with the sales team.

Host and participate in virtual member activities, such as workshops and webinars.

Support research activities and provide feedback from the client base.

Define and deliver innovative solutions based on member needs.

Requirements

10+ years of experience as a senior marketing executive.

Demonstrated knowledge in executing marketing strategies and performance improvement.

Experience in B2C marketing is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of the marketing function and CMO role.

Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to manage complex, ambiguous situations.

Sales savvy with experience interacting at the CXO level.

Strong project and time management capabilities.
