This is an Activities Supervisor position is for our Memory Care.
We are looking for a Life Engagement Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for planning and implementing a well-rounded and stimulating program of activities for our seniors. But be able to drive community Bus/Van.
What you'll be doing:
Lead and mentor staff by providing training, setting hours, providing performance feedback, etc.
Develop, organize, plan, implement, and evaluate a well-rounded and stimulating holistic activity program addressing the needs and limitations of residents.
Implement life enrichment portion of memory care program.
Arrange for appropriate activities such as exercise opportunities and spiritual activities as reflected by resident preferences.
Manage budget, expenses and supplies.
What you'll bring to the table:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of experience working with elderly.
1+ year of experience providing planned activities.
First Aid Certification based on state requirement.
Valid driver's license
Excellent communication skills
Availability for weekend coverage and on-call emergency situations on a rotating basis
