Transdev in Lancaster, California is hiring a Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and clients. We are seeking friendly, customer service‑oriented people who are dedicated to safety.

CBA Position Position subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement.

$18.04 - $21.00 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)

Starting pay $18.04 with progression to $21.00 over 4 years.

Benefits Include

Vacation: 70 hours to 120 hours per year

Paid Sick Leave: All non‑probationary employees who work 30 or more days per year receive 48 hours of sick leave on January 1 of each calendar year.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirect to a supervisor.

Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures.

Meet or exceed established performance requirements.

Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.

Other duties as required.

Qualifications

Computer literate.

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to operate standard telephone system.

Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.

The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.

Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.

Drug‑free Workplace

Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).

Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
