
Your Responsibilities
Accurately pull, package and ship orders via UPS, FedEx and LTL carriers in compliance with company policies.
Receive incoming stock orders and maintain a clean, organized parts room.
Assist customers in person, over the phone, via email and text to identify and fulfill parts needs.
Prepare accurate quotes using Palfinger's ERP system, price lists, vendor websites and external contacts.
Create customer orders, purchase orders, approve invoices and process payments.
Monitor inventory levels and submit requisitions for low-stock components. Partner with production and service teams to identify and supply required parts.
Read and interpret parts, wiring and technical manuals to support customer inquiries and internal operations.
Your Qualifications
Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and internet applications.
3 years of parts experience in the automotive or related industry preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills with a customer focused mindset. Maintain a positive attitude making customer service a priority.
Willingness to develop product knowledge across Palfinger's equipment lines including, but not limited to, knuckle boom cranes, wallboard cranes, EPSILON timber cranes, truck mounted forklifts, heavy machinery accessories and add-ons.
Must be able to team lift 100-150 lbs. Must be able sit, stand, squat, crouch and reach for extended periods of time.
