We are seeking a Creative Marketing Operations Manager to help drive executional excellence across multiple concurrent Mailchimp and QuickBooks GTM programs. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive operator who thrives in fast‑moving, highly cross‑functional environments and enjoys bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex work. You’ll partner closely with GTM leads, channel owners, creative teams, and external partners to execute against defined GTM strategies, ensuring campaigns are well‑sequenced, on‑brand, on‑time, and set up for strong performance. Success in this role requires strong project management skills, clear communication, comfort navigating ambiguity, and a passion for building repeatable processes that help teams move faster and work smarter together.

Responsibilities

Partner with GTM leads to operationalize marketing initiatives by translating goals, requirements, and success criteria into clear plans for internal teams and external partners.

Own end‑to‑end project management for GTM marketing initiatives, including campaign launches, web pages, email programs, and paid media coordination across Intuit brands and partners.

Serve as the primary point of contact for creative and marketing operations within GTM initiatives, ensuring alignment across email, paid media, web, and other channel teams.

Manage intake, prioritization, and execution workflows across multiple concurrent GTM projects, balancing timelines, scope, and resourcing constraints.

Coordinate creative resourcing across internal teams and contingent designers, partnering closely with creative producers and project managers to move work efficiently through established workflows.

Communicate timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies to GTM leads and channel partners, proactively recommending adjustments or pivots to keep work on track.

Support campaign continuity by ensuring strategic sequencing, messaging consistency, audience targeting alignment, and on‑time delivery across channels.

Maintain clear documentation, project plans, and status reporting across GTM initiatives to provide visibility and accountability.

Partner with analytics and channel owners to track campaign performance and surface data‑informed insights to support GTM leads.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve collaboration, and increase efficiency across creative and cross‑functional marketing workflows.

Qualifications

Prior experience in marketing operations, creative operations, program management, or cross‑functional marketing roles within SaaS, technology, or B2B environments.

Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑workstream marketing initiatives end‑to‑end, coordinating across creative, channel, and GTM stakeholders.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience balancing multiple priorities, timelines, and dependencies simultaneously.

Experience working with email marketing platforms, paid media workflows, web teams, content management systems, and project management tools.

Clear and effective communicator with the ability to influence without authority and partner successfully across functions and levels.

Demonstrated ability to translate strategic goals into clear execution plans, briefs, timelines, and deliverables.

Comfortable working with data and performance metrics to inform recommendations, flag risks, and support campaign optimization.

Highly detail‑oriented with a strong bias toward operational excellence, follow‑through, and high‑quality output.

Proactive problem solver who anticipates risks, identifies inefficiencies, and recommends practical solutions.

“Builder” mindset with experience helping establish or improve processes, workflows, or repeatable marketing motions in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience working within established creative, legal, and brand review workflows.
