Accountabilities

Manage and track service escalations to identify process non-conformance.

Create and present data to influence business decisions regarding product issues.

Conduct technical meetings and webinars via remote conferencing.

Develop and review Product Support Troubleshooting Documentation.

Efficiently troubleshoot system-level issues including hardware and software.

Collaborate with in-house R&D and OEM service teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Utilize proactive tools and data sets for targeted remedial actions.

Perform other responsibilities as required.

Requirements

Minimum 2-year degree in a technical discipline; Engineering preferred.

Project Management experience is a plus.

5+ years of experience in Engineering/Support role; Healthcare Diagnostics preferred.

Experience with automation systems is advantageous.

10-30% travel may be required based on skill level.

Strong data analytics skills for troubleshooting and presentations.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Notepad++, SQL.

Effective team participation and leadership skills.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize concurrent activities.
