A global leader in advanced material handling solutions is seeking a high-impact

VP of Sales

to lead its U.S. commercial organisation. The

VP of Sales

will take full commercial leadership across the U.S., overseeing a broad portfolio of

conveyor systems

and

sortation solutions . You will lead, develop, and scale a national sales organisation of

16 sales professionals , driving both

new business growth

and

key account expansion .

Base salary starting at

$175K-$250K , +

performance bonus . 401K

and a full suite of additional benefits. Final package open to negotiation for exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full U.S. sales organisation, including strategy, structure, performance, and development. Drive aggressive new business growth while ensuring strong account management and customer retention. Own P&L responsibilities, forecasting, budgeting, and commercial planning. Execute a national growth strategy aligned with the executive team’s objectives. Strengthen team capability through coaching, leadership, and talent development.

Candidate Profile Proven senior sales leadership experience in industrial automation, material handling, or a related engineered‑solutions environment. Strong

new business development track record

with the ability to open, grow, and scale major accounts. Demonstrated

P&L ownership , commercial forecasting, and strategic planning experience. A confident, independent, and self‑driven leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment. Experienced in building, developing, and motivating high‑performing commercial teams. A hands‑on, “go‑getter” mentality with strong executive presence.
