
We are looking to hire a full-time Technical Designer for DNAM Brands.
In this role, you will support the development of men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel across our portfolio of iconic brands—including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Trina Turk, Valentino Orlandi, and Badgley Mischka—ensuring fit, construction, and quality consistently meet brand standards. Partnering closely with Design and Production teams, you will translate creative concepts into production-ready garments through detailed tech packs, precise spec sheets, and hands‑on fit management. This role requires a strong understanding of garment construction, grading, and the technical execution needed to move styles from development through bulk production.
The Technical Designer plays a critical role in maintaining consistency, accuracy, and quality across all categories—ensuring every garment is well‑executed, production‑ready, and aligned with each brand’s standards.
You must be based in or willing to commute to our office to be considered for this position.
Qualifications
3+ years of technical design experience in apparel Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and grading Proficiency in creating and managing tech packs and spec sheets Experience conducting fit sessions and reviewing samples Responsibilities
Develop and maintain accurate tech packs, spec sheets, and measurement charts Manage fit development through fittings, sample reviews, and revisions Communicate fit, construction, and quality feedback to overseas factories Review and approve pre‑production, production, and TOP samples Ensure garments meet brand standards for fit, construction, and consistency
