With showrooms in New Hyde Park and Plainview, NY, we specialize in a wide variety of window coverings such as blinds, shutters, shades, drapery, motorization solutions, and custom upholstery.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom Manager located in our New Hyde Park, NY location. The Showroom Manager will oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring excellent client service, ordering, managing the CRM client database with contact information and scheduling, and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the showroom. Responsibilities include managing inventory, fostering a positive customer experience, coordinating with the sales team, and providing support for operational tasks. The role requires engaging with customers to provide personalized design recommendations and promoting the latest product offerings to meet their needs and preferences.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Client service and satisfaction
Proficiency in managing and maintaining Showrooms, including attention to detail
Experience in maintaining and coordinating schedules in a CRM system
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Previous experience in window fashion, interior design, or retail management is a plus
