A leading global organization is seeking a Technical Expert for the COSMA Project in Moldova. The role focuses on supporting civil society and media organizations, requiring strong technical advisory skills and experience in civil society development, governance, and social cohesion. Candidates should have a degree in social sciences and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English as well as Russian and/or Romanian is ideal.
