Job Description Pay Range: $36.44hr - $41.44hr

The Marketing Manager will oversee campaign operations, audience targeting, and email production activities across multiple brands.

This role is responsible for managing workflows, campaign deployments, data validation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful marketing execution.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments.

Experience

Three or more years of experience in SQL querying, data extraction, and analysis.

Experience coordinating trafficking activities across multiple teams and functions.

Experience using production management or trafficking tools to manage campaign workflows.

Experience performing queries and customer digital targeting.

Experience with Oracle Responsys preferred.

Experience with Unica IBM 10 or 12 preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage asset receipt, validation, internal campaign sign-off, and timeline coordination within workflow tools.

Create campaign target audience lists in IBM Unica 12 for deployment across multiple platforms.

Ensure the overall success of daily marketing operations.

Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day email production activities across multiple brands.

Participate in weekly production meetings with cross-functional teams.

Set up and manage email deployments, including A/B subject line testing and send-time optimization.

Produce customer target audience list counts to assess business opportunities across communication channels such as email, direct mail, SMS, and digital targeting.

Collaborate with IT, CRM, marketing, compliance, and other departments to ensure proper technical data flows and processes.

Perform quality assurance testing on email rendering and functionality.

Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.

Conduct data testing and validation.

Circulate proofs for review and approval prior to deployment.

Requirement/Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.

Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills.

Ability to problem solve and apply critical thinking in a technical environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Strong project management and prioritization skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Detail- and process-oriented mindset.

Should Have

Proficiency with Unica 12 targeting tool preferred.

Adobe Analytics preferred.

Customer digital targeting experience preferred.
