Digital Client Relationship Manager

to join our growing team. This newly created role is designed for a strategic, client-focused digital professional who thrives at the intersection of relationships, data, and results.

In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients, our digital sales team, and internal execution partners. You’ll help develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that align with client business goals, drive measurable performance, and support revenue growth through upselling and account expansion.

This position plays a critical role in translating client needs into effective digital strategies while ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly and deliver strong results.

What You’ll Do Client Relationship Management

Partner with assigned digital sellers to manage day-to-day client relationships and communication

Understand evolving client goals and business needs

Schedule and lead client meetings, review performance reports, and respond promptly to inquiries

Collaborate with clients to develop customized digital marketing strategies

Recommend solutions across digital display, video, SEM/PPC, social, audio, and streaming/OTT platforms

Campaign Management & Execution

Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization

Coordinate with internal digital teams and external partners to ensure campaigns launch on time and perform effectivelySupport revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing accounts

Partner with digital sellers on pitches, sales calls, and client presentations

Participate in sales travel and industry events with national sales team members

Market Awareness & Product Expertise

Stay current on digital trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies

Serve as a subject-matter expert on digital products, translating complex solutions into clear, actionable recommendations for clients

What You Bring Core Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including:

Programmatic display & video

Social media advertising

SEM/PPC

OTT / Streaming TV

Analytics & performance measurement

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic insights

Proven project management and organizational skills

Comfort working across teams and managing multiple priorities

Tools & Experience

Familiarity with platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and similar tools

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital sales, and/or digital account management
