Position Summary The Graphic Designer plays a key role in supporting FCCU's mission of strengthening communities by helping members grow and thrive. This position brings the Credit Union's brand to life through compelling visual designs, creating print and digital materials that promote products, services, and initiatives in alignment with FCCU's strategic marketing goals. From advertisements and social media graphics to in‑branch collateral, videos, and campaign assets, the Graphic Designer ensures every touchpoint reflects FCCU's identity and values.

More than just producing visuals, this role is centered on collaboration, creativity, and consistency. The Graphic Designer works closely with the marketing team and internal partners to develop concepts, shape project objectives, and deliver polished, on‑brand materials. They serve as the primary creative resource, maintaining templates, upholding corporate identity standards, and supporting campaign planning and execution.

They stay current on design trends and software, embrace new ideas, and bring a passion for visual storytelling. Duties and Responsibilities

Create compelling print and digital designs that elevate brand awareness and support marketing objectives.

Develop visual assets for ads, social media, presentations, videos, in‑branch collateral, and multi‑channel campaigns.

Collaborate with the marketing team to shape concepts, clarify project goals, and ensure cohesive creative direction.

Maintain and improve branded templates, ensuring consistency and efficiency across communication materials.

Serve as the primary creative resource, upholding brand standards and delivering high‑quality visual content.

Support marketing initiatives through campaign coordination, special projects, and staying current on design trends and tools.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BUSINESS ASSISTANT

Associate or bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, Communications, or related field-or equivalent experience.

Proven graphic design expertise with experience across print, digital, and multimedia platforms.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere) and strong writing/editing or proofing skills.

Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.

Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally while managing multiple deadlines.

Self‑directed learner with adaptability to change, sound judgment, and a proven commitment to confidentiality
