Responsibilities
Driving Sales:
Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals. Take ownership of your results and work to grow your contribution.
Customer Experience:
Consistently deliver a world‑class experience, connect with customers, listen attentively, ask open‑ended questions, demonstrate product benefits, and seek opportunities to make customers' day.
Building the Brand:
Educate customers on brand values (anti‑animal testing, fresh cosmetics, ethical buying, vegetarian, handmade, naked packaging), articulate these values, host store parties and initiatives, and inspire others.
Product Passion:
Continually expand product knowledge, stay up‑to‑date on products, ingredients, and benefits to confidently recommend for every customer's needs.
Team Development:
Use Lush resources to develop sales techniques and product knowledge, support team growth, assess performance, and seek feedback.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging:
Encourage open communication, actively listen, foster belonging, promote teamwork, recognize unique contributions.
Operational Excellence - Time & Attendance:
Be punctual, reliable, present, take breaks when needed, stay updated on company news.
Operational Excellence - Visuals & Merchandising:
Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store.
Operational Excellence - Stock & Inventory:
Make real‑time adjustments to displays based on sales.
Operational Excellence - Policies & Procedures:
Practice company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, health and safety.
Qualifications
Required:
Excellent customer service skills; flexibility in a fast‑paced environment; knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
Experience with consultation-based service models; strong problem‑solving skills; team experience; experience in skincare or cosmetics; experience in cross‑cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training; fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.
Pay $15 – $15 USD
