
This is a hands‑on Conference Producer role at the centre of the creator economy. You’ll research, shape and deliver insight‑led conference agendas, speaker programmes and community content that’s strategic, commercially relevant and genuinely useful for creators, brands, agencies and tech partners.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, events and awards teams, you’ll turn industry insight into compelling content, from agenda themes and sessions to advisory boards and awards storytelling.
What you’ll do Research and produce high-quality, forward-looking conference agendas Translate market insights and trends analysis into actionable sessions Source, secure and manage industry-leading speakers Deliver content onsite, working closely with production and operations teams Run advisory boards, focus groups and workshops to inform content direction Help shape award categories and create clear, engaging write-ups that showcase winning work and industry best practice Maintain accurate content, speaker and research records
About you 2–3+ years’ experience in B2B conference production, content, research or journalism Strong knowledge of the creator economy would be a huge advantage Excellent research, communication and relationship-building skills Highly organised, deadline-driven and comfortable managing multiple projects Confident shaping content, challenging ideas and contributing to strategy
It would be a plus if you have: Experience running advisory boards, workshops or focus groups Exposure to awards category development or industry editorial
