
As our Founding Brand Designer, you’ll own the visual expression from the ground up, crafting a brand that reflects the ambition, clarity, and technical depth of what we’re building.
Lead the end-to-end design vision for brand, defining how our story comes to life across web, campaigns, product marketing, and executive communications.
Work directly with the Head of Marketing, Founders, and Executives to translate complex, technical ideas into visually compelling narratives that communicate our mission clearly and confidently.
Design high-impact creative for launches, campaigns, events, and announcements across web, social, presentations, motion, and more.
Build the foundations of our design system, creating scalable guidelines, reusable components, and templates that enable teams to move fast while staying on-brand.
Shape and evolve our visual identity, ensuring coherence and craft across every touchpoint.
Establish creative processes that balance speed and quality in an environment where priorities shift quickly and ambition is high.
Bring fresh inspiration and experimentation into our creative work—exploring new techniques, workflows, and AI-assisted tools to push the boundaries of visual communication.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Leadership to ensure every detail—from typography to motion—reinforces a cohesive, premium brand experience.
Set the bar for visual excellence as the first design hire, building a creative foundation that will scale with the company.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in visual, brand, or marketing design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, visual clarity, and narrative craft. Proven ability to create and evolve a brand across digital surfaces, including web, product marketing, campaigns, and internal storytelling. Deep expertise with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion, 3D, or interactive design experience is a strong plus. Exceptional eye for typography, layout, hierarchy, and color, with meticulous attention to detail. Strong communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate creative rationale to cross-functional partners and executives. Experience building or contributing to scalable design systems, visual guidelines, or component libraries. Comfort operating as both strategist and hands‑on designer. A self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity, builds structure from scratch, and is energized by ownership and autonomy.
