Location: Baltimore, MD (Hybrid – Minimum 3 days in office)
Pay Rate: $20.74/hr (W2)
Contract: 12 Months
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Occasional coverage until 7:00 PM)
Bachelor’s Degree Required
We are seeking a Junior Trade Support Analyst to support global clients and provide operational trade support across various global market products. This role focuses on client service, trade break resolution, and collaboration with internal and global stakeholders.
Required Skills:
Background in Financial Services Operations
Client servicing experience
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Understanding of risk management and escalation
Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
Team-oriented and adaptable
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of full trade lifecycle (Execution to Settlement)
Experience with procedures and internal controls
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience supporting projects or implementations
