We’re looking for a

Marketing Manager

for a fast-growing tech client. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you’ll work closely with the entire marketing team and cross-functional partners to drive integrated campaigns, optimize performance, and generate high-quality pipeline. The best candidates are expert tactical B2B marketers with experience in campaigns, analytics, paid media, email.

Location: 5 days in the firm’s Arlington, VA location

What You’ll Do

Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid search, social, display, and other digital platforms, ensuring alignment with budget and performance targets.

Manage day-to-day updates and content scheduling for owned channels, including the company website and email programs, with a focus on user experience and conversion optimization.

Coordinate promotion of key content assets across paid and owned channels to maximize reach and engagement.

Partner with the events team to support targeted event marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns are properly executed, tracked, and integrated into broader marketing efforts.

Administer and actively use CRM and marketing automation tools to support campaign setup, lead tracking, reporting, and data integrity.

Collaborate with sales and go-to-market teams to streamline lead handoff processes, maintain accurate lead scoring, and support pipeline progression.

Track, organize, and analyze campaign performance data against defined KPIs, preparing regular reports and dashboards for marketing leadership.

The Quals You’ll Need

5+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within B2B or public-sector-focused environments, particularly in technology-driven industries.

Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing digital marketing channels, including paid media and email campaigns.

Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms, with hands-on experience in campaign execution and reporting.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Experience partnering effectively with sales and cross-functional teams to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.

Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and comfort interpreting performance data to inform decisions.

Bonus Points

Background in defense, national security, or other highly regulated industries.

Experience supporting account-based marketing or geo-targeted campaigns.

Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics, dashboard creation, or campaign attribution modeling.
