
The Job
As a Customer Marketing Manager at Buildertrend, you’ll help builders get more value from the tools they rely on every day. Your work will guide customers through key moments in their journey, making it easier for them to adopt new features, deepen usage, and grow their business with confidence. You will shape programs that keep customers engaged, informed, and excited about what comes next.
Compensation:
$95,000-$120,000
Location:
Omaha, NE – Hybrid
What You Will Do
Plan and manage content for customer communications, including newsletters, nurture programs, and webinars.
Align messaging with product updates, feature releases, and customer needs across segments.
Partner with product marketing, customer success, and sales to explain product value with clarity.
Build and execute multi‑channel campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and expanded value.
Deliver targeted programs that support annual marketing goals and boost customer advocacy.
Develop materials that turn engaged customers into promoters through testimonials, case studies, and spotlight features.
Coordinate messaging across social, web, in‑app, email, and content channels for consistency and impact.
Who You Are And What You Need
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
3+ years of marketing experience building and executing customer and/or lifecycle marketing programs.
Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans.
Experience with digital marketing tactics and marketing automation tools.
Comfortable using data to guide decisions and measure performance.
Effective communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence partners.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
