
The Senior Copy Manager leads how our brand shows up in words—shaping the storytelling that defines the Client Experience. This role sets the narrative vision across the entire customer journey, developing emotionally resonant copy and immersive brand narratives that move audiences from first encounter to lasting loyalty.
Working in close partnership with executive creative leadership, art direction, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure every expression of the brand—digital, physical, and experiential—feels intentional, cohesive, and distinctly Client.
Core Responsibilities
Narrative Strategy & Brand Voice
Establish and steward the narrative framework for Client Experiences across all channels Set the editorial point of view, tone, and voice that guide campaign, content, and experiential storytelling Translate enterprise priorities into clear, compelling consumer narratives Lead narrative development and copy execution for full-funnel marketing initiatives Architect messaging systems that guide customers seamlessly from discovery through conversion Ensure storytelling adapts appropriately across platforms, formats, and moments in the journey Experiential & Onsite Storytelling
Define the written experience of Client House, from environmental copy to program descriptions Ensure physical spaces communicate the brand with clarity, warmth, and authenticity Create narrative continuity between digital campaigns and real-world guest experiences Content Direction & Production
Guide narrative development for photo and video productions, including scripting, interviews, and talent direction Ensure all content assets align with strategic intent and elevate the overall story Maintain narrative excellence from concept through execution Provide direction, mentorship, and editorial leadership to internal writers and agency partners Present narrative strategies and creative work to senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity Build alignment by articulating not just what the story is, but why it matters Monitor cultural, entertainment, and storytelling trends to keep the brand relevant and forward-thinking Identify opportunities to evolve the work through new formats, partners, and creative approaches Qualifications & Experience
Professional Experience
10+ years of senior-level narrative, copywriting, or editorial leadership experience within a global brand, creative agency, or entertainment environment Proven track record leading brand voice at scale across campaigns, platforms, and experiences Creative & Strategic Expertise
Exceptional writing craft with the ability to move fluidly between brand storytelling and performance-driven messaging Deep understanding of narrative structure, messaging hierarchy, and audience psychology Ability to distill complex business objectives into elegant, consumer-first language Leadership & Ways of Working
Experienced people leader with a collaborative, high-standards approach Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels Highly organized, detail-driven, and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously Confident communicator with strong presentation and influence skills
