Job Summary We are seeking a motivated
Entry‑Level Event Marketing Assistant
to support our marketing and events team. This role provides hands‑on experience in
event planning, promotions, community engagement, and marketing strategy . You will help execute campaigns, coordinate events, and learn from experienced professionals in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing events, trade shows, and promotional activities
Support event marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and local outreach
Coordinate logistics, including vendors, venues, and materials for events
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content and marketing materials
Track event performance and report on attendance, engagement, and campaign results
Build relationships with community partners, sponsors, and vendors
Provide administrative support to the event marketing team as needed
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas for campaigns and events
Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred
Strong interest in event marketing, promotions, or public relations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
Creative, enthusiastic, and willing to learn on the job
Internships or volunteer experience in events or marketing is a plus but not required
