Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, for a Sales Support Specialist. The Sales Support Specialist will manage day‑to‑day sales operations, assist in maintaining customer satisfaction, and provide exceptional customer service to clients. Responsibilities also include analyzing sales data, supporting effective communication processes, and ensuring smooth internal and external operations to meet company objectives.

Essential Functions Include, but are not limited to the following:

Coordinate and assist with sales‑related activities and provide administrative support to the sales team

Manage customer databases and update them regularly

Communicate directly with customers, respond to inquiries and resolve any issues that arise and give after‑sales support when requested

Support and continuously develop relationships with current retail customers

Evaluate customer complaints and resolve issues; maintains customer account relationships.

Manage sales orders, pricing, and customer master data in SAP

Oversee deductions, billbacks, and trade spend in collaboration with Finance

Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, quality guidelines, and safety standards

Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.

Represent the company at trade shows, tastings, and culinary events.

Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products or services

Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials and presentations

Analyze sales data and reports.

Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services

Assist in the planning and organizing of sales events and campaigns

Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems

Ensure the adequacy of sales‑related equipment or material

Knowledge of and experience with Sales software.

Ability to work both independently and as a team player with a willingness to help other employees when needed.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously.

Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.

Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment with team and customers.

Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.

Regularly required to use hands to handle objects and feel controls.

Regularly required to reach; climb stairs; stoop; crouch.

Regularly required to talk, listen, and have vision capabilities that enable reading documents.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
