Overview As an Account Executive (Wholesale Retail – B2B) at EnVogue, you will play a key role in driving growth and managing relationships with large national retailers and off‑price partners, such as accounts comparable in scale and complexity to TJX, Burlington, Costco, Walmart, and Macy’s. This role is designed for professionals with hands‑on experience working directly with high‑volume retail buyers in the home décor, fashion/apparel/accessories, or consumer goods space.

This customer‑facing, collaborative role requires both creative insight and business acumen. You will work closely with our in‑house design team and global production partners to deliver customized assortments, ensure smooth fulfillment, and support strong market positioning. Whether pitching seasonal collections, addressing in‑season needs, or supporting long‑term growth strategies, your ability to translate design into commercial success will be essential.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow key accounts with national and off‑price retailers.

Serve as the primary point of contact for retail buyers, merchants, and planning teams.

Support assortment planning aligned with retailer strategies, consumer demand, and margin targets.

Present seasonal product lines, trend direction, and key features to buyers.

Analyze sales data to identify reorder, expansion, and growth opportunities.

Propose solutions that balance sales objectives with operational and production feasibility.

Stay current on home décor and retail industry trends to guide buyers and internal teams.

Lead showroom presentations, line reviews, and market appointments.

Coordinate with Design, Production, and Logistics to ensure timely execution and delivery.

Manage the full order lifecycle from entry through fulfillment.

Qualifications

4+ years of B2B wholesale sales and account management experience working directly with national chains or off‑price retail buyers.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or related field.

Strong understanding of retail buying cycles, product lifecycle management, and margin requirements.

Ability to operate effectively in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments.

Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; ERP or retail portal experience a plus.

Job Type: Full‑time

Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 per year
