
As a Sales Account Manager you willbe responsible fordriving growth and managing existing clients while actively prospecting new business. This role combines relationship management with strategic selling.
Duties and responsibilities
Account Management:
Primary point of contact for assigned accounts Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and opportunities for expansion. Monitor and assess account performance Sales and Business Development:
Identifyand pursue new business opportunities through cold calling,networkingand referrals Negotiate pricing,termsand service agreements. Meet and exceed sales targets Prepare and present detailed service proposals and pricing models Identifyand pursue new commercial contracts in office, industrial, medical, and distribution sectors Client Solutions and Relationship Building:
Collaborate with clients to understand specific business needs and recommend customized solutions. Work closely with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on how our services can support clients’ goals. Manage client onboarding, coordinating internally to ensure seamless service delivery. Employee Supervision and Team Coordination:
Supervise and coordinate the employees working on assigned accounts to ensurehigh standardsof service and client satisfaction. Provide clear instructions and expectations to team members, ensuring they understand client-specific needs and serviceobjectives. Conduct regular check-ins and performance evaluations, offering guidance and support for employee development. Address any on-site or service delivery issues, acting as a liaison between clients and employees to quickly resolve concerns. Work with the operations team to schedule resources and manage workloads,optimizingstaff assignments for efficiency and quality. Qualifications
PreviousExperience in Cleaning Solutions Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to manage and supervise teams, with an emphasis on coaching and team development. Physical requirements
Must be able to sit/stand/walk for extended periods of time
