Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Inside Sales Representative specializing in wire and cable. The position is based in Houston, TX, and involves providing excellent customer service, managing client accounts, interfacing with manufacturing partners, and promoting the company's wire and cable product portfolio. Responsibilities also include building relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and collaborating with internal teams to exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
Experience in Inside Sales within the electrical industry
Proficiency with Wire and Cable Quotation and Project Management
Strong aptitude in Customer Service
Competency in Account Management with an ability to up‑sell and cross‑sell
Proficiency in managing client relationships
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent desired; College education in Business or a related field is beneficial
