About the Role We are seeking a motivated Fleet Sales Representative to join our team, first supporting the Mesa, AZ location, then covering the Tucson, AZ market beginning in 2025. This position offers a recurring commission-based salary with unlimited earning potential. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working with fleet customers, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Identify and target potential fleet customers for sales opportunities (no pressure selling)
Create and present fleet proposals to potential clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing fleet customers
Meet or exceed targeted sales goals
Close fleet customer deals
Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Exhibit an open, outgoing, and fun personality
Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently
Prior experience in fleet sales or B2B sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive and professional demeanor
Valid driver's license
Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
Working Conditions
Flexible hours to meet needs of the role
Occasional evening or weekend work to meet sales targets or attend events
Local travel to meet fleet customers and prospects
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during customer visits
Frequent interaction with customers, colleagues, and management
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
