The Marketing Strategy & Engagement Specialist plays a key role in the execution of data‑driven marketing campaigns that drive acquisition, cross‑sell, retention, and engagement across CCM’s existing customer base. This role focuses on campaign execution across email, SMS, print, and paid digital channels, ensuring communications are timely, relevant, and aligned with customer and loan data. Working closely with the Director and the broader Marketing Strategy & Engagement team, the Marketing Strategy & Engagement Specialist contributes to initiatives throughout the customer lifecycle, helping deliver measurable results and a cohesive multichannel experience.**Job Responsibilities:*** Build and launch marketing campaigns across email, SMS, print, and paid digital channels.* Execute segmentation strategies to deliver personalized, data-driven communications.* Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations to improve conversion, engagement, and ROI.* Manage campaign setup, QA, tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate execution.* Assist in managing vendor deliverables to align with campaign objectives.* Partner with the Director and team to ensure campaigns align with acquisition, engagement, cross-sell, and retention strategies.* Contribute to the development of customer journey maps and campaign flows that strengthen customer relationships.* Support initiatives that leverage servicing data to enhance personalization and targeting.* Strategize with Loan Officers to develop targeted marketing campaigns that align with their goals and client segments.* Create lead generation initiatives and nurture campaigns to convert prospects into clients.* Track campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend optimizations.* Maintain communication with Loan Officers to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and aligned with branch objectives.* Collaborate with analytics teams to track campaign performance and measure against KPIs.* Set up and run A/B and multivariate testing for creative, messaging, and channel performance.* Translate campaign data into actionable insights for future optimization.* Collaborate with creative teams to deliver campaign assets including email templates, SMS copy, landing pages, and direct mail.* Partner with servicing, product, and operations teams to ensure campaigns support business objectives and operational readiness.* Collaborate with compliance to ensure all marketing meets regulatory standards.**Qualifications and Skills:*** 2+ years of experience in performance, paid, digital, lifecycle, or CRM marketing with direct campaign management.* Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau).* Experience using testing and iteration to improve results.* Experience in financial services or the mortgage industry, preferred.* Knowledge of email, SMS, digital advertising (search, social, display), and print marketing.* Comfortable using data to segment audiences, measure results, and refine campaigns.* Skilled in communication and cross‑team collaboration.* Skilled in organization, accuracy, and managing multiple priorities.This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the job and the general nature and level of work performed by job holders within this job.
