
Work closely with researchers from different products and business to identify research topics
Execute end-to-end custom primary research using a wide variety of methods, including in-depth interviews, usability tests, multi-day playtests, diary studies and surveys.
Effectively manage and prioritize research plans through ambiguous and fast-changing environments, align and efficiently execute critical insights and work with a large group of stakeholders.
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
1‑3 years of relevant job experience in areas of user research
Experience in data processing and statistical analysis, familiar with SPSS/Tableau etc.
Experience using a market research survey platform (such as Qualtrics or Alchemer)
Experience with qualitative research (such as moderating in-depth interviews or focus groups)
Interested in learning more about video games, gamers would be a big plus, especially mobile gamers
Nice to have:
Bilingual in English and Mandarin
Knowledge of F2P video games market (mobile and PC/console) and ability to empathize with players
Experience working with international teams across timezones
