You will be exposed to live negotiations, deal making, and prospecting from day one. Source new opportunities through outbound prospecting, including high‑volume cold calling to property owners and investors to identify acquisition, disposition, and listing opportunities Market investment real estate internally, externally, and to clients who are active investors Contract and advise clients in the development and execution of their individualized real estate investment strategies Prepare thoughtful analyses of clients' properties, including broker opinions of value (BOV), and market comparables Market exclusive property listings to qualified buyers Prospect new client relationships and referral sources Negotiate offers, exclusive listing agreements, purchase and sales agreements Attend training sessions, team meetings, and market reviews Learn fundamentals of leasing, sales, and investment analysis Research ownership records, market data and industry trends Who We Are
