Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand strategic partnerships within the cleaning and restoration industry
Leverage an existing book of business (insurance agents, property managers, facility managers, plumbers, HVAC companies, real estate professionals, etc.) to generate new restoration and cleaning opportunities
Actively prospect and secure new commercial and residential referral accounts
Maintain and grow long-term relationships to drive recurring revenue
Represent Voda Cleaning & Restoration’s brand standards and service excellence in the marketplace
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless project handoff and exceptional client satisfaction
Track pipeline activity, referrals, and closed deals to maximize earning potential
Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and association meetings to grow market presence
Ideal Candidate Profile
Established book of business within the cleaning, mitigation, or restoration industry
Strong relationships with key referral partners and decision-makers
Proven track record of generating revenue through relationship-based sales
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive
Comfortable operating in a straight commission compensation structure
Thrives in performance-based environments with uncapped income potential
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Strong local market knowledge preferred
