
Sales Enablement & Revenue Marketing Specialist

The Sales Enablement & Revenue Marketing Specialist for DRUM UPSKILL program plays a critical role in driving top-of-funnel momentum by building awareness of DRUM’s upskilling programs, generating interest, and delivering qualified leads to the sales team. This role bridges marketing and sales, ensuring campaigns and content resonate with target organizations while making it easier for sales to engage prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage targeted prospect lists based on industry, company size, and buyer persona of IT and Engineering Director, VP, or C-Suite decision makers.
Plan, execute, and optimize outbound campaigns in HubSpot to generate interest in DRUM UPSKILL programs.
Track engagement metrics (opens, clicks, replies) to identify warm leads and route them to the sales team.
Research target accounts and create account intelligence briefs to inform personalized outreach.
Develop and maintain email templates, one-pagers, and decks tailored to key personas and industries.
Create visually compelling collateral using Canva, including case studies, client success stories, and promotional visuals highlighting DRUM’s consulting and upskilling expertise.
Package insights, campaign results, and client stories to improve sales outreach and engagement.
3. HubSpot Campaign & CRM Management
Optimize HubSpot workflows, sequences, and automation to support lead nurturing and campaign execution.
Maintain CRM data cleanliness and segmentation to improve targeting and analytics.
Set up alerts and triggers so engaged accounts are routed efficiently to the appropriate sales reps.
Share insights from campaigns, lead quality, and prospect engagement with marketing and sales teams.
Ensure alignment between campaigns, marketing initiatives, and DRUM UPSKILL sales motions.
Report regularly on campaign performance, lead quality, and content impact to drive continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications
Experience using HubSpot CRM and outbound campaign tools.
Proficiency with Canva or similar tools for creating marketing and sales content.
Strong copywriting skills for email, collateral, and campaigns.
Data-driven mindset — able to analyze engagement metrics and optimize campaigns.
Background in marketing, marketing operations, sales enablement, or related roles.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, or other lead intelligence platforms.
