Elite Breakout Marketing is hiring Brand Experience Representatives to support customer engagement initiatives inside retail locations throughout the Saginaw area. This position focus on creating meaningful in-person experiences while helping customers better understand
products and services.
We’re looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, take pride in professionalism, and want to build real-world experience in customer relations and retail support.
Role Overview As a Brand Experience Representative, you will serve as the face of our client brands in a retail environment. Your goal is to provide helpful information, guide customer interactions, and ensure each customer leaves with a positive impression.
Primary Responsibilities
Create welcoming, professional interactions with customers
Share product knowledge and answer questions clearly
Support in-store brand initiatives and customer education efforts
Assist with basic customer account needs when applicable
Maintain presentation standards within assigned retail locations
Communicate effectively with store leadership and internal management
Training Provided You’ll receive paid training designed to help you succeed, including:
Compensation
Hourly pay ranging from $15–$20 per hour, based on experience
Paid training
Schedule
On‑site role at assigned retail locations
Hours of operation: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday
Schedules set by the hiring manager based on availability and staffing needs
Candidate Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Authorized to work in the United States
Reliable transportation to assigned locations
Prior customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required
