We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Kitchen and Bath Designer

to join our collaborative design-build team. This is a

non-sales, design-focused role

that supports our sales and project development staff by providing strong design expertise, technical drawings, and visualizations.

This position is ideal for a designer who enjoys working behind the scenes to bring concepts to life, translate ideas into build-ready plans, and collaborate closely with internal teams. While this role participates in the selections process, it is not responsible for leading or closing sales, nor for managing the selections process independently.

If you thrive in a supportive, team-based environment and are passionate about residential remodeling design, we’d love to hear from you.

Support the sales staff by providing design expertise and visual tools during the pre-construction phase

Support the sales staff with material and product selections such as cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, hardware, and lighting

Help prepare selections documentation and design visuals, without being the primary owner of the selections process

Participate in design meetings as a technical and creative resource—not as a salesperson or project closer

Manage multiple active design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining clear internal communication

for candidates who are:
