
Social Media and Digital Content Coordinator

The Social Media & Digital Content Coordinator is primarily responsible for creating and managing East Bank Club's social media presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This role leads the day-to-day development of engaging, on‑brand content that reflects the energy and culture of the largest single‑facility health club in the country.
In addition to social media management, the Social Media & Digital Content Coordinator supports broader digital marketing efforts, including content creation for the website, digital communications, and other Club initiatives. This is a hands‑on, content‑driven role that blends creativity with organization.
Starting salary: $65,000 annually
This is a fully on‑site position, Monday‑Friday.
Social Media Management & Content Creation
Create and manage engaging social media content across the Club social media platforms
Develop and maintain a consistent publishing schedule
Write compelling, on‑brand captions and post copy
Monitor trends in social media platforms, tools, and content formats
Engage with members online by monitoring, responding, and interacting across channels
Help grow the Club's digital presence through fresh, creative content
Maintain social media pages and profiles
Video & Photography
Capture and edit video content including:
Member and staff interviews
Instructional and educational videos
Class and event coverage
Fitness and lifestyle content
Photograph:
Classes and Club events
Staff and member features
Food and dining
Images for website, email, and promotional materials
Design, Writing & Digital Support
Create on‑brand graphic design assets for digital and print
Assist with copywriting for marketing materials
Support website updates and digital content needs
Help coordinate content submissions and internal deadlines for Club communications
Contribute ideas that keep the Club's marketing fresh, relevant, and engaging
Collaboration
Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Content Marketing Coordinator
Collaborate with leaders across Fitness, Spa, Food & Beverage, and other departments to identify content opportunities
Ensure all content reflects East Bank Club's brand standards and voice
Requirements Qualifications & Experience
Experience with video production and editing
Strong writing skills
Photography and graphic design experience
Creative mindset and genuine interest in social media
Understanding of social media platforms and digital trends
Ability to communicate clearly in written and visual formats
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Software Proficiency

Adobe InDesign
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Portfolio or examples of social media, video, photography, or digital content work required to be considered for this role.
