You will participate in structured training, daily coaching, and weekly skill development. You will deliver interactive presentations and represent the brand with professionalism and confidence. You will help execute multiple marketing and outreach strategies. You will promote Grapevine Pro’s products and services to new and existing homeowners. You will attend ongoing training and coaching sessions. You will deliver in-person presentations and represent the company in the field. This is not a remote position. Qualifications

You must be at least 18 years old. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are required. You must be comfortable speaking confidently with homeowners. Coachability and a commitment to personal growth are non-negotiable. Availability is Monday through Saturday, between 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., five days per week. Compensation & Benefits

First Year OTE with bonuses range from $50,000 - $80,000. Full medical, dental, and vision benefits begin after 90 days.
