Key Responsibilities
Learn Optavise’s sales, enrollment, and client service processes
Conduct onsite and virtual insurance enrollments
Recruit, train, and mentor new insurance agents
Support agent development through coaching and performance feedback
Track activity, performance, and team growth
Promote a professional, ethical, and results‑oriented team culture
Qualifications
Leadership, sales, or management experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to coach, motivate, and support team members
Willingness to learn and follow established systems
Comfortable working in a performance‑based compensation structure
Reliable, self‑directed, and accountable
