Our client is looking for a Strategic Growth Account Manager to add to their team in Newton, MA. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will take ownership of 35 strategic accounts representing $10M in annual revenue. You will apply disciplined growth strategies to embed yourself within each client organization, building strong, multi-threaded relationships with Directors, VPs, CTOs, and other key stakeholders. You will be “in the know” when needs arise or when changes occur with each client, allowing you to loop in your technical counterparts (delivery team, architecture team, leadership team) to properly serve the needs of your clients. You will help anticipate client risks, leadership changes, and budget shifts before they impact revenue. You will develop long-term account growth roadmaps, consistently identify expansion opportunities, and drive retention and portfolio growth. Account Manager – Strategic Growth Responsibilities

Own and grow 35 strategic accounts representing $10M in annual revenue

Develop long-term account growth plans

Identify areas of opportunity

Drive account expansion

Map stakeholders

Build and maintain relationships across organizations

Stay informed on organizational changes; detect churn signals

Protect margin

Orchestrate internal resources; mobilize teams for expansion opportunities

Partner with Delivery Managers

Lead quarterly business reviews focused on growth and value realization

Drive renewal strategy and contract optimization

Serve as the internal voice of the customer

Account Manager – Strategic Growth Qualifications

6+ years B2B services/solutions account management/growth experience required

2+ years of end-to-end custom application solutions experience required

Must have experience managing account portfolio of $5M-$15M

Proven record of account growth required

CRM experience required
