Own and develop sales for the Pacific Northwest territory - WA / OR / ID / North CA Set and achieve monthly and annual sales targets in collaboration with management Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with distributors and key end-users Prospect new end-users and report opportunities on a regular basis Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions Work closely with distributor sales teams (ride-alongs, product presentations, samples, programs, and promotions) Manage distributor product portfolios (sales performance vs. prior year, SKU rationalization, minimum sales thresholds) Coordinate with internal teams (purchasing, logistics, marketing) to ensure high customer satisfaction Resolve customer issues, handle complaints, and provide timely solutions Maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting in the NetSuite CRM Profile & Skills

Proven experience in sales management or account management, ideally in foodservice or distribution Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Comfortable working with distributors and end-users Organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple priorities CRM experience required (NetSuite a plus) What we offer
