Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Consultant based in San Diego, CA, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The CRM Consultant will focus on delivering tailored CRM solutions to clients, providing expert advice on system configurations, and performing Salesforce.com administration tasks as required. Responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, optimizing business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration of CRM systems. The consultant will also provide training and ongoing support to clients as needed.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and provide data-driven insights
Deep understanding of business processes, including sales, Service and marketing
Experience in consulting roles, showcasing excellent client management and communication abilities
Proficiency in one of Creatio, Salesforce, Oracle, MS Dynamics CRM solutions
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Proven problem-solving capabilities and a solution-oriented mindset
Prior experience in Consumer Product Goods, Pharmaceuticals, or Manufacturing industries is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
