We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside sales representative to join our team in Torrance. This is an office-based role (with some travel if needed) and you will play a crucial part in driving revenue growth by generating leads and building customer relationships before handing it off to our lead sales teams. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with great can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, a customer eccentric approach, and a passion for sales in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities
Proactively identify new sales opportunities through outbound calls and online research for key contacts at target customers. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our company, our products and value proposition to position our company effectively. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, customer interactions and coordinate the leads and contacts with our marketing/social media team. Follow up with customers and continue engagement for long term relationship. Qualifications / Requirements
2-3+ years of experience in an inside sales and/or customer-facing role. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills. College degree or actively pursuing higher education a plus. Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and target-driven with strong organizational and time-management skills. Will travel for customer visits and to regional and national trade shows as needed. Preferred Skills
Bilingual (Spanish) – a plus but not required. Additional Notes
