Primary duties for this position include but are not limited to generating new business and client management in the field of Music/Concert Touring, Live Corporate Events and Experiential Marketing Shows.

Essential Duties
Procure new business opportunities in domestic and international import/export shipments via air, trucking and ocean.
Coordinate operations with support staff’s bookings and documentation.
Maintain and cultivate customer relationships.
Manage existing client relationships and assist with project/tour planning.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Excellent customer service skills.
Sharp organizational along with attention to detail and prioritization skills.
Experience with Account Management in freight forwarding or music/concert touring.
Strong ability to handle time-sensitive issues.
Teamwork oriented.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
Pass a security background check.
COVID Vaccination / Weekly Testing.
Must possess valid identification, preferably a valid California driver’s license.
