Capitol Chevrolet is hiring a BDC Sales Professional. This is not an entry-level BDC role. We are looking for someone with real car sales experience who knows how to work leads, control conversations, and set appointments that show.

If you’ve worked a sales floor or high-performing BDC, understand DealerSocket, and get paid based on results, you’ll fit here.

What You’ll Do

Attack internet and phone leads with speed, confidence, and purpose

Convert leads into confirmed, same-day or next-day appointments

Run disciplined follow-up using DealerSocket CRM

Execute calls, texts, and emails with urgency and intent

Work directly with sales managers to drive shown appointments and sold units

Track every activity—no missed notes, no skipped steps

Hit daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and show goals

What We Require

Automotive sales experience REQUIRED

DealerSocket CRM experience REQUIRED

Proven ability to handle objections and control the call

Competitive mindset with a track record of performance

High urgency, strong work ethic, and accountability

Professional phone skills and confident written communication

How You Get Paid

Hourly + aggressive performance-based commission

Paid on appointments shown and vehicles sold

Schedule Expectations

Full-time

Saturdays required

Closed Sundays
