Job Description This is a physically demanding, commission-based outside sales role. You will work in the field, face daily rejection, work evenings and weekends, and be fully responsible for your own performance. You meet homeowners at their property, perform roof and exterior inspections, document findings, and help property owners navigate insurance claims when applicable.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role that includes a weekly draw

There is no safety net for low production

Commission percentages increase over time based on sales volume

Income is earned per job, not tenure or promises

This role offers six-figure potential

Consistent producers land around $75,000 in their first year

Top performers earn $150,000+, with no income cap

Requirements

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Clean, professional appearance

Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders

Ability to work evenings and weekends

Financial stability to support yourself during training and ramp-up

Physical ability to walk neighborhoods, use a ladder, and perform inspections

(This is a 1099 role with no micromanagement. You are responsible for managing your time, activity, and follow-through)

Preferences (Not Required)

Prior outside or door-to-door sales experience

Commission-based sales background
