Job Summary CGS is seeking a skilled All-Source Intelligence Analyst – Senior to serve as the right-hand to client and internal leadership, providing subject-matter expertise in intelligence gathering, analysis, and reporting. In this role, you will be responsible for programmatic development, quality control, and mentorship of Intelligence Analysts and GSOC Operators. You will also ensure that intelligence products are actionable, accurate, and aligned with client needs, while maintaining situational awareness across operational areas.
Responsibilities
Research, develop, and present intelligence products at the operational level for senior leaders, commanders, and staff.
Perform all-source intelligence analysis and production, and interface with Combatant Command and Intelligence Community counterparts to ensure maximum collaboration and situational awareness for Special Operations Forces (SOF) operational and tactical intelligence requirements.
Provide analytic support for Counterterrorism/Violent Extremist Organizations (CT/VEO), Integrated Deterrence, Tactical Combat Operations (TCO), Security Impact Analysis (SIA), Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), and crisis response operations and missions.
Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in analytic techniques, current analytic tools, and production of high-quality technical and non-technical intelligence products, and the ability to prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required.
Serve as the USSOCOM representative during non‑duty hours and support 24/7 rotational shift hours as required.
Maintain global readiness and be available to deploy on a no‑notice basis to hazardous duty/combat zones.
Enforce requirements, focusing the team of intelligence analysts.
Ensure quality control of products and provide strong organizational skills and administrative oversight.
Direct analytical team to identify trends and information of value within data-at-rest, driving reporting and production to alert decision‑makers of new developments meeting specific customer requirements.
Produce intelligence assessments and products in support of deployed SOF Task Forces to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle.
Qualifications
Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an all‑source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies, with at least four (4) years at the operational level.
Proficiency in current all‑source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
Expert proficiency and knowledge of the current suite of all‑source intelligence tools.
Experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Lieutenant Colonel (O‑5) / GS‑14 level or higher.
Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
