Business Development Representative for Houston’s Most Award-Winning Staffing and Recruiting Firm! Location: The Woodlands, Texas If you’re driven by relationship-based sales, motivated by results, and want your work to directly impact your income and your ownership stake, this role is worth your attention. Our firm is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our growing Woodlands team. This is an outside sales role focused on developing new business while expanding trusted partnerships with existing clients. You’ll represent a highly respected, woman-owned, and 100% employee-owned staffing and recruiting firm with a decades-long reputation for excellence across Texas. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term sales career, not just close deals but create meaningful client partnerships backed by strong delivery teams. Compensation First-Year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000–$65,000
(Base salary plus monthly commissions; earnings grow with performance) Primary Job Responsibilities Proactively identify and develop new staffing and recruiting opportunities within our specialized recruiting divisions Build consultative relationships with decision-makers and understand business challenges to deliver value-driven talent solutions Expand and strengthen existing client partnerships through strategic account management Maintain and manage a weekly sales pipeline aligned with company goals and performance metrics Represent the firm at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction Sales Skills and Qualifications 1+ year of sales experience (professional services experience preferred) Confidence in initiating outbound conversations with senior-level decision makers Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both written and verbal Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset Proficiency with virtual platforms such as Teams and Zoom Ability to work onsite in The Woodlands and travel locally as needed Benefits Monthly commission structure Annual tenure bonus Expense account and mileage reimbursement Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) participation after meeting plan qualifications, your success directly impacts your ownership value Competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits Why High Performers Choose Us Proven Texas Market Leader
