The Role This is a semi‑entry level Business Development Representative (BDR) position focused on outbound prospecting and pipeline generation. You’ll be responsible for initiating conversations with potential customers, qualifying leads, and setting opportunities for the sales team.
This role is ideal for someone who is driven, coachable, and comfortable being measured by clear performance metrics.
Compensation Structure 4-week paid training period $500 per week base pay during training Structured onboarding, scripts, product knowledge, and KPI expectations Commission-only compensation after training Uncapped earning potential Performance-based growth opportunities
What You’ll Do Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other prospecting activities Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs Accurately track activity and performance in CRM tools Learn and follow proven sales processes and scripts Continuously improve through coaching and feedback
Performance Expectations: This is a metrics-driven role. Quotas, KPIs, and activity benchmarks are critical to success at Blink Voice. We strongly prioritize:
Consistent effort and work ethic Coachability and accountability Reliability and follow-through
Hard workers who hit their numbers will always be prioritized over candidates with prior sales experience.
