We are seeking a high-performing

Business Development Manager

experienced in the Commercial Plumbing Industry

to drive growth through the sale of

plumbing service contracts, preventative maintenance agreements, and repair solutions

across the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia). This is a pure relationship-driven, consultative sales role targeting

commercial real estate, healthcare, data centers, government facilities, life sciences, higher education, and other mission-critical environments

where uptime is non-negotiable. If you thrive on building long-term partnerships, closing recurring revenue agreements, and selling value—not just price—this is your platform. What You’ll Do

Develop and execute a strategic territory plan across the DMV region Prospect, cultivate, and close

plumbing service and maintenance agreements Sell preventative maintenance programs, emergency response contracts, and retrofit solutions Target facility directors, property managers, asset managers, engineers, and operations leaders Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts Partner closely with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently exceed revenue targets Who You’ll Sell To

Data Centers & Mission-Critical Facilities Government & Institutional Facilities Higher Education & Life Sciences Industrial & Manufacturing Environments These clients require proactive, compliance-driven, uptime-focused plumbing solutions — and you’ll be the trusted advisor delivering them. What We’re Looking For

3+ years of B2B sales experience (mechanical, plumbing, facilities services preferred) Experience selling service agreements or recurring revenue contracts strongly preferred Strong network within the DMV commercial facilities market Proven track record of exceeding quota Consultative selling approach with strong technical curiosity Self-starter with high accountability and strong follow-through Compensation & Rewards
